Yes, you may elect someone to collect the order on your behalf if you opt for self collect for the order. Depending on the source of purchase, we'll require different credentials to verify your order.
If you opt for delivery and wishes to have someone to collect the order on your behalf instead, kindly reach out to us here as not every orders are eligible to change from delivery to self collect.
For Qisahn.com orders, we'll need:
- Order number.
- Name (based on the order).
- Contact number (based on the order).
For Shopee orders, we'll need:
- The Shopee order ID.
- Contact number (based on the order).
- The person who placed the order to click "order received" via the Shopee application. Show us a screen shot as proof that the person has clicked "order received".
For Lazada orders, we'll need:
- The Lazada order ID.
- Contact number (based on the order).
- The QR code from the person who placed the order. You may ask the buyer to send you a screen shot of the QR code.
For Qoo10 orders, we'll need:
- The Qoo10 order ID / cart ID.
- Contact number (based on the order).
- Send a screen shot of the pick up voucher & the order number to [email protected]. Wait for our confirmation first before heading down to collect.
