If your product is under a year old, please contact Sony for warranty claims.
+4 years extended warranty claims are processed at our physical store. Warranty coverage terms for the 2nd to 5th years is the same as the manufacturer / authorized dealer’s. Please note if the manufacturer / agent excludes certain parts (i.e. battery) from the full 1-year duration, we too will not provide extended warranty coverage for it.
For PlayStation consoles, the extended warranty covers both the console & controller(s).
