Click Add To Cart from the product page. Your pre-order will include the bonus item if the Add-On Deals page show up after adding the main product to your cart.
If the Add-On Deals page doesn't show up, you will know if your pre-order will include the bonus item if you see the extra Add-on Deal item added to your cart automatically.
